Whispers from Within and the Return to Self
There are seasons when growth is loud, full of declarations, milestones and movement. And then there are seasons like this where becoming happens in stillness.
No applause.
No drama.
Just the breath, the quiet unravelling of old skins and the soft whispers from within.
This is not the becoming the world celebrates. This is the sacred becoming only the soul understands – the kind that unfolds slowly, beneath the surface, in silence.
It begins with a pause.
A softening.
A remembering.
It asks gently:
What are you truly here for?
What is longing to rise through you now – not someday, but now?
Becoming, I’ve learned, isn’t about striving to be someone new. It’s the sacred return to the truest parts of ourselves we once tucked away to survive, belong or be loved.
It’s reclaiming the joy that once came effortlessly. The intuition you stopped trusting. The voice you silenced to stay safe.
This season, Prerna for Life has become more than just a name – it’s a living, breathing reminder. An inspiration for life. Not inspiration that comes from outside, but the kind that rises from within when we slow down long enough to listen.
The world may not notice this kind of becoming. But…
Your heart will.
Your body will.
Your soul already has.
This is my season of emergence, of rooting before rising and choosing presence over pressure, clarity over chaos.
Maybe you’re in this space too. Maybe you’re learning to trust your inner rhythm.
To walk slower.
To listen deeper.
To come home to yourself, fully and without apology.
And so I walk quietly, fully. Becoming not to impress but to align. Not to arrive, but to return.
This is becoming.
This is Prerna for Life.
This is a journey back home.
